There is so much to love about pizza. It’s so good, even when it’s bad it’s good. But what makes good pizza, so, so good? What makes this humble hero a global darling? What made us go on a pizza pilgrimage through Italy this past summer? We don’t exactly know.

But we do know this; fresh tomatoes right off the vine smell good. So does a few leaves of crisp basil. The smoky smell of charred dough. A little touch of oregano, thyme and rosemary, why not. And maybe, just maybe a cheeky pinch of garlic in there somewhere. We took some of what we love about good pizza, and made a limited edition candle to celebrate it.
