We ship orders daily, Monday to Friday. If you order before 12pm, your order will ship the same day.

All orders are sent tracked. If you do not receive order confirmation or complete emails, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive your order emails, please feel free to get in touch at orders@etc.london.

You can select either Royal Mail or DHL shipping at checkout. If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend upgrading your shipping, as we are not responsible for delays.

Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery, so while we will get things out to you in our specified time, once orders are handed over, they may be subject to uncontrollable delays.

If you are London-based, you are also welcome to collect your order in person - we are open for collections 9am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday, and 10am to 6pm Thursday to Sunday. Please select 'local pickup' at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that due to size or their delicate nature, some items are available for collection from our store only. This will be indicated at checkout, and on the shipping information on each individual product. If you have selected one of these items and input a non-London shipping address, we will be in touch to see how you'd like to proceed.

We accept returns within 28 days only with a valid receipt (for both online and in-store purchases). All items must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to make a return, please email orders@etc.london for further information.

Worried your order is lost in the post? Feel free to reach out to orders@etc.london.

Sending a gift? That's nice of you. While we don't offer gift wrapping at checkout yet, we do send every order wrapped in our branded tissue paper. If that's okay for you, then your gift will arrive ready to give. We can also ship directly to your recipient - if you'd like to add a message, just add a note at checkout and we'll hand-write it for you.
