What are your opening hours?

Our Peckham store is open 11am - 6pm, Thursday to Sunday. If you wish to shop Monday to Wednesday, please pop in to The Completist store (across the alleyway) and we will happily open up for you.

I have a brand and I would love to be stocked in Etc.Store. How can I send info?

We are always on the lookout for new brands to join our colourful collection. You can either submit your info via our submissions page here, or email us info at submissions@etc.london. Please note that we are a very small team, so we can only reply to brands we are interested in stocking.

Careers? Internships?

If we have any vacancies for retail positions, we will post it on our Instagram. Please note that our team works across both Etc.Store and The Completist, so vacancies will also be advertised on The Completist. We do not offer internships (paid or unpaid).

Can I shop from outside the UK?

Unfortunately not, we're only set up to ship within the UK at the moment.

See an item is listed as 'pick up in store only' at checkout?

Due to the delicate nature and/or size of some of our products, we cannot ship them at this time, but you are welcome to purchase them for collection from our store. If you input a shipping address that is not in London for these items, we will get in touch on how you'd like to proceed.

Sending a gift?

That's nice of you. While we don't offer gift wrapping at checkout yet, we do send every order wrapped in our branded tissue paper. If that's okay for you, then your gift will arrive ready to give. We can also ship directly to your recipient - if you'd like to add a message, just add a note at checkout and we'll hand-write it for you.
